Kevin J. Glupker, PE provides project management expertise in the area of pavement design and evaluation for both new and existing pavement structures, pavement distress surveys, and develops feasible rehabilitation strategies for pavements. He prepares project plans and specifications for pavement improvement projects. He is also an MDEQ Construction Storm Water Operator, a Certified Nuclear Density Meter Operator, and a Certified MDOT FieldManager®. Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan and has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Kevin is experienced in field engineering and construction materials testing services in support of earthwork, asphalt and concrete pavements, shallow and deep foundations and materials projects. He is passionate about bringing together both construction and engineering components to his projects. Kevin has 13 years of experience in the area of pavement evaluation and design. He serves as Team Leader for SME's Kalamazoo Pavement co-ops and interns.

Kevin oversees construction materials services projects for a wide range of municipal clients in West Michigan. He is known for developing solutions for clients that meet their expectations, schedule, and budget while maintaining a quality product. Kevin excels at assembling the right team for the project and the client, and invests himself personally in projects which help build strong and trusting professional and personal relationships.

Kevin is married and has been blessed with three lovely daughters. When he can, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, camping or hiking.
