A total of 97 individuals, representing 66 GBA-Member Firms attended this annual event. This year’s Spring Conference was themed “Optimizing Performance for Our Firms and Our Clients: Innovation in Practice.” Through speakers and presentations, GBA helps give GBA members and their clients some great tips on how to help confront risk and optimize performance through innovation, multi-generational leadership, diversity, multiple-service-line projects, technology, and a whole lot more! James and his colleagues utilized brief presentations, case studies, and an open discussion to provide examples of successful techniques for cross-selling environmental, geotechnical, and CoMET services and coordinating services delivery across these multiple service lines for clients’ projects.
