Location: Plymouth, Michigan

We are seeking a regular, full-time Computer Help-Desk Specialist to join our busy Information Technology team.

Responsibilities will include:
• Providing email, phone, and in-person support to end-users, including those in out-state offices.
• Configuring new laptop/desktops for end users.
• Providing support for various customized and third party applications.

Requirements for this position include:
• Prior IT Help Desk experience, or an Information Technology or related field degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2016, Microsoft Windows 7 required; Microsoft Windows 10 a plus.
• Computer troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines in a challenging work environment and work well as part of a team.
• PC experience in a networked environment is a plus.
• Occasional travel to regional offices is required.
• A good driving record is required.
