We are pleased to announce several key leadership appointments in our CMS Team.
Paul Schmeisl, PE – Business Unit Leader (CMS and Laboratory Services)
Paul has been appointed as the Business Unit Leader for both CMS and Laboratory Services. This role recognizes his strategic leadership and commitment to developing SME’s largest service group in alignment with SME’s strategic goals. Dustin Kern – CMS Group Leader
In his new position as CMS Group Leader, Dustin Kern brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His appointment to this role underscores his exceptional ability to balance operational excellence with talent development. Dustin is known for his commitment to consistently delivering high-quality technical service while providing strong leadership across the CMS team. Jeremy Hugo, PE – Chief Engineer of CMS
Jeremy will enhance technical and project standards for CMS while maintaining strong client relationships. His deep expertise in engineering and project management will help elevate our service quality and consistency across all CMS projects. Additionally, Jeremy’s commitment to mentoring emerging engineers within the team will foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Jon Camburn, PE – CMS Assistant Group Leader
Jon brings energy and leadership to the CMS Team, with a strong focus on mentoring, managing the Co-op and Intern program, and delivering technical excellence. In addition to his technical expertise, Jon is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. His commitment to the professional growth of our team members and his ability to drive high-quality outcomes make him an invaluable asset to the CMS Team. Jon’s approach to leadership is characterized by his enthusiasm for continuous improvement and his passion for guiding the next generation of engineers.
Eric Eckler – CMS Assistant Group Leader
