SME® Appoints New Laboratory Services Leadership

We are pleased to announce two key leadership appointments in our Laboratory Services Team.
Nick Atkins – Laboratory Services Group Leader
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Atkins as Group Leader for our Laboratory Services group. Nick’s technical expertise and operational experience, having led the Plymouth lab and recently taking on additional responsibilities with regional laboratories, make him well-suited to assume leadership of SME’s Laboratory Services. In his new role, Nick will oversee the strategic direction of the laboratory operations, drive innovation, and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. His commitment to excellence and his ability to foster a collaborative work environment will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and capabilities. We are looking forward to the new heights of success SME’s Laboratory Services will achieve under Nick’s leadership.
Seth Molenaar – Chief Technical Consultant for Laboratory Services
Seth Molenaar has been appointed to the role of Chief Technical Consultant for SME’s Laboratory Services group. In this position, Seth will not only assume leadership responsibilities but will also play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the Team. He will ensure that technical standards are upheld to the highest degree, enhancing the quality and efficiency of our laboratory services. Seth’s extensive expertise and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in driving innovation, improving processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment. We are confident that Seth’s leadership will contribute significantly to the continued success of SME’s Laboratory Services group.
