With deep expertise in coatings inspection, steel fabrication, and nondestructive testing, she’s spent her career with SME^® safeguarding that what’s built is not only strong—but built to last. Her work has helped clients navigate complex specifications, avoid costly rework, and deliver with confidence.

But what truly sets Sue apart is her ability to lead with both clarity and care. Whether she’s mentoring a new technician in the field, collaborating with clients on a tight deadline, or taking an early shift Team breakfast in the field, Sue brings calm, focus, and a commitment to excellence that inspires those around her.
