He thrives on seeing a project through from inception to completion and realizing the positive impact each and every project has on the community and surrounding environment. Dan feels very fortunate that he has spent a large part of his career focusing on brownfield redevelopment which he feels is the best example of reuse, recycling, and recovery of urban areas that literally revitalizes communities. These projects are also great examples of his unique ability to facilitate public-private partnerships.
